Solo or With Others?
Choosing to climb as an individual or with others depends on your goals and the corresponding depth of personalization you desire. All one-on-one, team and group coaching programs are completed over a three or six-month period. A free consultation call will be used to determine which length is right for you.
One-on-One Coaching
Each one-on-one coaching program allows you to discuss your most personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. You will receive (six) 45-minute coaching sessions, providing you with the tools and time needed to define your...

You will also receive six session reviews (each sent within three business days following your coaching session). You will take an EQ Appraisal at the beginning and again at the end of your program. Every minute of every coaching session and check-in call will be dedicated to you.
Group Coaching
The outline of group coaching is similar to a one-on-one experience. There are six coaching sessions (60-minutes in length) and six check-in calls (30-minutes in length). You will define your goals, vision and core purpose. You will work through two (of your 4-6) core values (you are encouraged to work through your remaining values outside the session). You will receive six (group) session reviews. You will take an EQ appraisal at the beginning and end of your program.
The primary difference is personalization. While you will be free to share as you desire in the group setting, the depth of exploration will be limited to allow each participant equal time for self-discovery.
Team Coaching
Team coaching is a unique opportunity to develop the shared understanding and individual skill set needed to reach the pinnacle of business growth and personal development. As with group coaching your program includes six 60-minute sessions, six 30-minute check-in calls, and six (team) session reviews. Everyone on the team will take an EQ Appraisal at the beginning and end of the program.
Organizational Development
Helping you reach the pinnacle of organizational growth is dependent on the goals of the organization. You may benefit from a combination of individual coaching for senior leaders, group or team coaching for departments, workshops for the entire organization, and keynote speaking engagements at kick-off or other important events. Programs can be tailored to any goals dependent upon individual and/or team contribution. This includes marketing, sales, leadership, team dynamics, operations, HR, and training. Scope of work is aligned to the mix of programs that best serve the opportunities before you.
